We're so confident that you will be satisfied with our service that we allow you to terminate the management contract at any time - for any reason.
That's right. If you don't like our service - just rip up the contract.
We call it our "Rip-it-Up" clause but the actual clause in our management agreement goes like this;
"Either party may terminate this contract at any time with a minimum of one month's notice in writing".
That's all there is to it. No long term contracts you can't get out of. And if we don't provide you with the level of service you require, we could lose you as a customer.
And of course we don't want that.
