That's why we introduced flexible management packages. We can tailor each management programme according to the needs of the development and its owners.
That way you only pay for the level of service you require.
Our packages start with Max at the top end of the scale. The full Max package includes everything a large development might need. Even if you have hundreds of principal units and several high rise buildings in your development, we can provide all of the support you need.
At the other end of the scale is our basic Skinny package. This will satisfy the needs of the smallest developments right down to those made up of just two adjoined units.
If your development is somewhere in the middle, you can start with Max and delete services - or start with Skinny and add services. Both methods will produce the same result.
