By agreement with the body corporate we can invoice owners direct with their share of the management fees - as opposed to bulk invoicing the body corporate.
This could be useful for those developments where most of the owners are GST registered - such as with commercial developments - but the body corporate is not.
This way owners can claim back the GST proportion of their share of the management fees.
It might not be a big amount - because our fees on small developments are not very high. But hey. It all adds up.
